About Dr. Chui
Dr. Chui Ka Lun is a specialist urologist based in Hong Kong with extensive experience in bladder cancer management, prostate disease, and minimally invasive urological surgery. He serves as Honorary Assistant Professor at the Department of Surgery, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Chui is a pioneer in introducing several advanced urological procedures to Hong Kong, including HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate), transperineal prostate biopsy, and transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy. He is also experienced in bipolar en bloc resection (ESD) of bladder tumours, a technique featured extensively in this educational resource.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Chui actively promotes medical exchange between Hong Kong and Mainland China, leading Hong Kong physicians on visits to hospitals in the Greater Bay Area to understand national healthcare developments and explore opportunities for multi-site practice.
